
Qatar ‘s Al Sadd have qualified for the Arab club table tennis championship final as they overcame Kuwait's Al Salmiya 3-1 in a game that was held in the Jordanian capital of Amman where the tournament is taking place. Al Sadd will face Egypt's Ahly in the final on Wednesday. The Qatari club's run in the championship saw them beat Jordan's Orthodox 3-2, lose to Ahly 1-3, and beat Iraq's Al Husayniyah. In the quarterfinal, Al Sadd overcame Bahrain's Bahrain Club 3-1 before repeating the same result against Al Salmiya in the semifinal. Source: Qatar Olympic Committee
