Bahrain national team today clinched two medals in the second day of the 12th GCC Shooting Competition, being held at Al-Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club in the UAE under the patronage of (AESGC) President Shaikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the club. BDF Corporal Ali Hussein Ali clinched the silver medal in the ten-metre air rifle, totaling 686.3. Kuwaiti Abdulla Al-Harbi and Saudi Khalid Al-Badiji won the gold and bronze medals respectively. Bahrain women team featuring Azza Al-Qassimi, Aisha Soweilah and Sabeeka Mubarak, from the Interior Ministry, won the bronze medal in the 10m air pistol.
