
Members of the Egyptian national football team left on Wednesday Accra on their way to Cairo after meeting with Ghana's national team on Tuesday. Egyptian team was seen off at the airport by Egyptian Ambassador to Ghana Omar Salim, Egyptian Consul to Ghana Wael el-Sisi told MENA correspondent. El-Sisi pointed out that Egypt's Sports Minister Taher Abouzeid has left on board the same plane carrying the team members. Meantime, Cairo Airport authorities took all needed measures to receive the national team. Ghana defeated Egypt 6-1 in the first leg of their 2014 play-off in the match that was held in Kumasi on Tuesday. Source: MENA
