San Antonio Spurs point guard Patty Mills will lead the Australian men’s basketball team at the Olympics in the absence of injured Andrew Bogut, while Lauren Jackson and the women’s team will be hunting for an elusive gold at London. The Australian Olympic Committee said the men’s team named on Friday brings together one of its strongest Olympic contingents, with players drawn from leagues in the United States, Spain, Greece, Italy and Australia.
