Jason Kubel and Aaron Hill both smacked two-run homers Tuesday to pace the Arizona Diamondbacks in their 10-0 shelling of Colorado. Kubel and Hill both came up a double short of hitting for the cycle in the 17-hit Arizona uprising, which ended with the Diamondbacks winning for the fourth time in their last six games. Leadoff man Gerardo Parra went 4-for-5 and scored three runs in support of Ian Kennedy (5-5), who got the win, allowing just five hits and striking out 12 in six innings. Jeremy Guthrie (3-4) was lit up for seven runs on 11 hits in 3 1/3 innings. Marco Scutaro had two hits in the loss for the Rockies, who had won seven of their last eight games. Colorado left 10 men on base. Arizona led 7-0 after four innings and tacked on three more in the bottom of the eighth.
