Scott Rolen tripled in the eighth inning and scored the go-ahead run Saturday, providing the difference in Cincinnati's 5-4 win over Pittsburgh. With the score tied 4-4, Rolen led off the eighth with a three-bagger off Jared Hughes (2-1), then came across with the decisive tally when the next batter, Todd Frazier, hit a high infield bouncer for an out. Frazier finished with two RBI and Rolen also knocked in a pair for the sizzling Reds, who improved to 22-3 since July 6 and lengthened their National League Central lead over second-place Pittsburgh to 5 1/2 games with the win. Jonathan Broxton (1-0) earned the victory with a scoreless eighth inning and Aroldis Chapman struck out two in the ninth for his 24th save. Michael McKenry and Josh Harrison each supplied solo homers for the Pirates.
