Jerome Williams went the distance and the Los Angeles Angels got solo home runs from Torii Hunter and Howie Kendrick Tuesday in a 4-0 win over Minnesota. Williams (2-1) allowed three hits and struck out six en route to his second career shutout and the Angels' third win in their last four outings. Hunter added and RBI single and Kendrick was a double short of hitting for the cycle. Francisco Liriano (0-4) took the loss, allowing four runs on seven hits in 5 1/3 innings. The Angels scored all four runs in the second and third innings and were held scoreless the rest of the way.
