Kyle Korver scored 22 points Friday and was one of four Atlanta players with at least 19 as part of the Hawks' 112-96 decision over Sacramento. Atlanta climbed back to the .500 mark at the end of a four-game trip on which it went 2-2. Sacramento has lost four in a row and at 2-7 has the worst record in the Western Conference. The Hawks had a 69-67 lead with 6:30 to play in the third quarter and then finished off the period on a 17-3 run. Sacramento came no closer than 11 during the closing 12 minutes. Korver made 7-of-9 shots from the field and Atlanta shot 55 percent overall. Lou Williams pitched in 21, Al Horford had 20 and Josh Smith had 19 for the Hawks, who hit 8-of-15 from beyond the arc. Sacramento fell behind by 18 points in the second period only to climb back within two at halftime. The Kings were paced by Jason Thompson with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
