Russell Westbrook fired in 23 points and Kevin Durant added 22 more Sunday in the Oklahoma City Thunder's 104-92 road victory against Toronto. Westbrook handed out seven assists while Durant went 6-of-11 from the field, grabbed seven rebounds distributed seven helpers for the Thunder, who stayed hot with a fifth win in six games. Serge Ibaka (19 points, eight boards), Kevin Martin (16 points) and Nick Collison (10, eight rebounds) also played big roles in the triumph. Toronto, meanwhile, dropped its second straight despite 27 points on 10-of-14 shooting from Alan Anderson. Amir Johnson contributed 19 and nine boards for the Raptors. From UPI
