Tony Parker popped in 22 points and the San Antonio Spurs broke a two-game losing streak Saturday with a 103-88 win over Boston. Parker handed out eight assists and Gary Neal added 20 points for the Spurs, who got back to their winning ways after dropping consecutive road games at Utah and Portland. Tiago Splitter scored 16 points as San Antonio broke open a close game by outscoring Boston 51-39 in the second half. The Spurs, however, lost guard Manu Ginobili to a bruised quadricep in the first quarter. Jason Terry and Paul Pierce each put in 20 points as the Celtics dropped a second straight.
