Tony Parker went 9-of-13 from the field en route to 20 points Monday and the San Antonio Spurs used a huge third quarter to pound Brooklyn 104-73. Tim Duncan (15 points), Nando de Colo (11), Kawhi Leonard, Tiago Splitter and Matt Bonner (10 apiece) led a balanced scoring attack that enabled the Spurs to decimate the Nets 30-5 in the third quarter and roll to a victory. Brooklyn managed to hit only 2-of-20 shots from the field in the frame while dropping their first game in three contests under interim head Coach P.J. Carlesimo, who replaced the fired Avery Johnson last week. MarShon Brooks put in 16 points and Joe Johnson added 12 for the Nets, who turned the ball over 18 times in the loss. Source:UPI
