San Antonio's Manu Ginobili and Stephen Jackson combined for 37 points Sunday and the Spurs downed Cleveland 114-98 for their seventh straight win. Ginobili netted 20 points, Jackson contributed 17 and DeJuan Blair donated 15 points and seven rebounds as San Antonio triumphed for the 18th time in 20 games overall. With the win and Oklahoma City's loss earlier Sunday, the Spurs reduced their magic number to clinch the Western Conference's top seed to one. Antawn Jamison led Cleveland with 21 points.
