Al Jefferson put in 23 points and hauled down 11 rebounds Monday, helping the Utah Jazz stay hot with a 104-97 victory over Miami. Gordon Hayward supplied 22 points and Paul Millsap added 17 with nine rebounds for the Jazz, who improved to 12-4 at home. Trailing by 20 points earlier in the contest, the Heat mounted a 10-2 run late in the fourth quarter to pull to within two points at 93-91 with 3:31 remaining. But Hayward responded with basket and netted five more points down the stretch to seal Utah's fourth win in five games.
