British freestyle snowboarder Billy Morgan has become the first person to land a 1,800-degree quadruple cork, which he pulled off at an event in Livigno, Italy.
The jump involves four off-axis flips and five full rotations -- one flip and half a rotation more than the 1,620-degree triple cork produced by Yuki Kadano last month at the US Open Slopestyle.
"So stoked," Morgan told the Red Bull website. "I've been thinking about this for so long. It's such a relief to have it done."
Morgan, who represented Great Britain at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, put his hand on the landing ramp to steady himself as he returned to earth and said: "It could have been cleaner, but I'm still pumped!"
