Marcus Teague made a key 3-pointer with 2:50 left and finished with 14 points. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist added 11 and six rebounds for the victors. Tyshawn Taylor netted 19 points and Robinson ended with 18 points and 17 rebounds for second-seeded Kansas (32-7).
