Philadelphia quarterback Nick Foles has a broken hand and Michael Vick will likely start at quarterback for the Eagles' final regular-season game. Foles injured his right -- throwing -- hand in the first half of Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Washington Redskins. Foles finished the game but Eagles Coach Andy Reid said Monday that Foles won't play Sunday. "This was something that showed up in the MRI this morning," Reid said. "It wasn't present on the X-ray." Foles has been the Philadelphia starter since Vick suffered a concussion in a Nov. 11 loss to Dallas. Vick has been penciled in to start Sunday against the New York Giants. "There's a pretty good chance Michael will be the starter," Reid said. "That's what we're looking at right now. That's the direction I'm going as we speak right now." In nine games this season Vick has completed 185-of-316 passes for 2,165 yards, 11 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Foles appeared in seven games, passing for 1,699 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions. The Eagles are 4-11, having lost 10 of their last 11 games.
