Denny Hamlin led for 193 of 300 laps en route to a victory Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, improving his Chase for the Championship chances. Hamlin dominated the Sylvania 300, finishing 2.7 seconds ahead of Jimmie Johnson for his Sprint Cup Series-leading fifth win of the season. The result moved him to within seven points of the Chase lead behind Johnson, who finished the day with a one-point advantage over Sunday's sixth-place finisher Brad Keselowski. Finishing third was Jeff Gordon, while Clint Bowyer and Kasey Kahne rounded out the Top 5.
