Michigan punter Will Hagerup, the Big Ten's Punter of the Year, will not travel with the team to play the Outback Bowl following a suspension. Hagerup and teammates J.T. Floyd and Brandin Hawthorne were suspended following a violation of team rules, Michigan coach Brady Hoke said. Speaking outside an Ann Arbor, Mich., courtroom Monday after an informal hearing for disobeying a traffic control device, Hagerup admitted responsibility and will pay a $130 fine, the Detroit News said, noting his suspensions for team rules violations in 2010 and again in 2011. "It's probably the biggest disappointment of my life," he said of his inability to play in the Tampa, Fla., bowl game against South Carolina on New Year's Day. "I let my team down, I let my coaches down, I let my family down."
