Andrew Ebbett scored the overtime game-winner Saturday in his return from an injury and Vancouver took the Western Conference lead with a 3-2 win over Calgary. Ebbett, who had been out for 35 games while recuperating from a broken collarbone, scored with 1:02 left in the extra frame for the Canucks, who improved to 107 points and bypassed St. Louis for the best record in the West. Vancouver also got goals from Marc-Andre Gragnani and Maxim Lapierre. Roberto Luongo turned aside 31 Calgary shots. The Flames, meanwhile, was officially eliminated from playoff contention with their eighth loss in nine games. Calgary's goals came from Mike Cammalleri and Olli Jokinen. Flames goalie Henrik Karlsson allowed three goals on 34 shots.
