Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq won the toss and sent Sri Lanka in to bat in overcast conditions in the first one-day international in Hambantota on Saturday.

Sri Lanka swept the series 2-0 in a fairy-tale farewell for former captain Mahela Jayawardene, who retired from Test cricket to concentrate on one-dayers till next year's World Cup.
