A UAE team has returned from Tanzania after completing a two-day safety training programme designed to assist the development of motorsport in the African republic. More than 50 volunteer officials from five motorsport clubs affiliated to the Automobile Association of Tanzania (AAT) took part in the programme, which was conducted by the Motorsport Knowledge Institute (MKI). The MKI is the new training and education division of the Automobile and Touring Club of the UAE and was established by its president Mohammad Bin Sulayem, following the ATCUAE’s elevation to the status of FIA Institute approved regional training provider in December. from gulfnews.com
