Radja Nainggolan scored a late goal to give Belgium a 1-0 win versus Sweden to send Zlatan Ibrahimovic's team home from European Championship 2016 .
Nainggolan hit the ball hard from outside the penalty area in the 84th minute. As Group E runner-up, Belgium will play Hungary in the round of 16.
Needing a win to qualify, Sweden came close when Marcus Berg's early shot was saved. In his 116th and last game for Sweden, Ibrahimovic forced a save from Thibaut Courtois with a free kick and saw other shots go wide. He said Tuesday that he was retiring from international soccer after the tournament.
