Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the Palestinian leadership will refer a file about the crimes of the Israeli occupation and burning of Ali Dawabsheh to death by the settlers to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
In press statements, Abbas underlined that the Palestinian leadership will not keep silent towards these heinous acts, adding that burning the child is a "war crime" which is "against humanity".
The Israeli government adopts building settlements and encourages settlers to commit such crimes, he stressed.
