Chairwoman of Tunisian Free Constitutional Party Abeer Moussa said that her party gained the lawsuit it filed against Truth and Dignity Commission, saying that the judicial authority will execute the verdict during the coming days, as it will enable the party to obtain the reports of sessions in which the authority took its decisions against the party.
She added that the authority filed an appeal against the verdict to allow the Tunisian party obtain the documents, while the judiciary rejected their appeal. She stressed that it is committed to provide the party with the documents containing what she described as the violating decisions taken by the authority against them.
She stressed their intentions to take serious steps against the authority for its violations, it is the right of Tunisian people to follow the authority's activities to ensure their legality.
