Minister of Youth and Sports. Mohamed Tahmi announced Friday that Algeria will be equipped, within three or four years, with five big football stadiums, to achieve in the context of sports infrastructure projects. "The State invested in sports facilities and intends to continue this process. These stadiums, in addition to the training centers are among the priorities of an ambitious program of government that will allow Algeria to become a sporting nation," Tahmi told national radio. The Minister mentioned the stadiums of Baraki, Douéra, Oran and also that of Tizi Ouzou. "The first two ones which works reach 30%, will be delivered no later than the end of 2014," he said, justifying the delay in the matter by the administrative and regulatory procedures to use.
