Paris St Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that his former Chelsea colleague Paul Clement will join the club's staff on Monday. Clement resigned from his position as an assistant coach at struggling Blackburn Rovers yesterday and will now complete his expected move to Ligue 1 in time to start work next week alongside former Chelsea midfielder Claude Makelele, now also in an assistant role. "Clement was my assistant at Chelsea and I have a good relationship with him," Ancelotti said at a press conference today. "He will do a good job here, it will begin next week, and he will do the same work as Claude. He will be my assistant like Claude. He has the experience, expertise, and a lot of motivation."
