Jason Bohn fired a four-under 67 in the third round Saturday and will take a one-shot lead into the final round of the PGA Tour's Mayakoba Classic.
Bohn finished 54 holes at 15-under-par 198. His last USPGA Tour win came in 2010 at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Entering the final hole, the two-time winner on the US Tour had a three-stroke lead over Shawn Stefani, but a Bohn bogey combined with a Stefani birdie cut the gap to one stroke.
Stefani, who entered the second round tied with Bohn, carded a three-under 68 on a rainy day at El Camaleon Golf Course and he sits alone in second at 14-under 199. Charley Hoffman (67) and Germany's Alex Cejka (68) are tied for third at 12-under 201.
Andres Gonzales (66), Jerry Kelly (67), Danny Lee (67) and Ken Duke (70) are all tied at 11-under 202. Fred Funk, 58, is alone in ninth at minus-10.
Second-round leader Michael Putnam struggled on his way to a six-over 77 and he is tied for 26th at six-under 207 along with defending champion Harris English (69) and a dozen other golfers.
