Catania-Roma match rescheduled

The remainder of Catania's Serie A game against Roma, which was suspended in the 65th minute due to a waterlogged pitch at the Stadio Angelo Massimino on Saturday with the score at 1-1, will be played next month. The Italian football league have confirmed that the final 25 minutes of the match will take place on 7 February at 20.45 local time - but only if Roma fail to qualify for the Coppa Italia semi-finals. Should I Giallorossi progress to the last four of the cup, the league game will resume on 15 February at 2000. Roma face Juventus in Turin in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia on 24 January.
