Chievo boss Di Carlo wary of Ibrahimovic threat

The Sweden international has scored five goals in nine appearances against the Flying Donkeys and the 48-year-old has revealed that his primary focus will be on trying to contain the Rossoneri's talismanic striker. "Ibrahimovic always seems to score against us," Di Carlo sighed to the press. "You either man-mark him or do your best to cover all of the space around him." The former Sampdoria boss is also expecting a Rossoneri backlash after a shock reversal at San Siro at the weekend. "Milan will be angry after their defeat against Fiorentina," he conceded. "We will have to play very well to get a result. "But we are coming off the back of two wins [against Catania and Fiorentina] and we only need a point to be safe." When asked about Milan's increasingly fascinating battle with Juventus for this year's title, Di Carlos stated that he expects the Scudetto race to go right to the wire. "Every year Milan have a negative moment due to injuries but their quality always come through," he argued. "It will be a battle right until the end and now it is Milan who will have to take advantage of any slip-ups by Juventus."
