IF Elfsborg missed the chance to go top of the Allsvenskan as they lost 2-1 at IFK Norrkoping today. Marcus Rohden's tenth-minute own goal and a James Frempong effort eight minutes later put the hosts two up. Jon Jonsson pulled a goal back 11 minutes from time, but they could not find an equaliser. Defeat left Elfsborg one point behind leaders BK Hacken and level with Malmo, who were 2-1 winners at Kalmar. Ricardinho put Malmo in front after 15 minutes and Daniel Larsson doubled the lead seven minutes later. Erik Israelsson's 76th-minute strike proved just a consolation. Fourth-placed AIK moved to within three points of top spot with a 1-0 win at IFK Goteborg, Niklas Backman with the only goal of the game after 15 minutes. Valdet Rama's 90th-minute leveller earned Orebro a 1-1 draw at Helsingborg, who had gone in front in the 36th minute thanks to Nikola Djurdjic's effort. From Fifa
