FA hearing into Suarez 'racism' claim starts

The two-day hearing into the Uruguayan's charge of using "abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour" which "included a reference to the ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race" towards Evra began in secrecy earlier on Wednesday.Both Suarez and Evra will give their version of events during the Premier League clash between the two teams on October 15 following claims from the France defender that Suarez said a racist word to him "at least 10 times".Evra made the claim to French broadcaster Canal Plus after the match at Anfield, which ended in a 1-1 draw.Suarez is also facing an FA charge for improper conduct relating to an alleged obscene hand gesture made at Fulham fans after the Reds' 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage on December 5.
