Henan Construction remain rooted to the foot of the Chinese Super League after Reboli Bruno Meneghel's brace inspired fellow strugglers Qingdao Jonoon to a 3-1 victory. Henan are now four points adrift of second-bottom Shanghai Shenxin although the visitors looked well placed for a point as Isaac Chansa's strike two minutes before the interval cancelled out Zhou Zheng's 26th-minute opener. Bruno Meneghel put Qingdao, who were languishing just above Henan before today's match, back in front in the 78th minute before sealing victory with a last-gasp strike. Luiz Rafael Coelho's double helped Guangzhou to a 4-2 triumph at home to Shandong Luneng. Former Everton and Blackburn striker Aiyegbeni Yakubu put Guangzhou ahead in the ninth minute before Rafael Coelho struck two goals in between Yuan's goal on the stroke of half-time. Guangzhou were cruising but Shandong fought back in the second half while strikes from Jose Maria Ortigoza in the 59th minute and Wang Yongpo after 82 minutes proved to be mere consolation.
