Hong Kong's Chief Executive CY Leung Saturday congratulated Hong Kong swimmer Au Kai-lun for winning bronze in the men's 100m backstroke at the London 2012 Paralympic Games. Leung said the athlete has fully shown his resilience and perseverance when faced with challenges. "He is commendable for instilling in the Hong Kong people the spirit of being undaunted in the pursuit of excellence," Leung said. Hong Kong's Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sing also extended his congratulations, and urged the Hong Kong team to continue to strive hard in the remaining events and earn more glory for Hong Kong. A total of 28 Hong Kong athletes are participating in 7 different events of the London 2012 Paralympic Games which opened on Aug. 29.
