Finland's Jari-Matti Latvala will miss the Rally of Argentina at the end of this month after breaking his collarbone, his team Ford told AFP on Friday. Latvala, who has already won the Rally of Sweden this year, suffered the injury while skiing in his native Finland. "He fell heavily while skiing during training," a Ford spokesman said. The 27-year-old underwent surgery on Thursday and is making good progress in his recovery. "After speaking with his surgeon, he decided that he would be better off concentrating on his recovery than taking part in the fifth leg of the season," the spokesman added. Ford are hoping to have Latvala back for the following Rally of Greece at the end of May. Despite winning in Sweden, Latvala is currently sixth in the overall standings with 28 points. Eight-time defending world champion Sebastien Loeb - winner in Monte Carlo and Mexico this year - is top of the standings on 66 points.
