Lazio boss Edy Reja said on Thursday he was leaving the team. "I'm leaving Lazio. Yes, I confirm it. It was a decision that people already knew about," he said. Reja had looked set leave since tendering his resignation a day before Lazio's Europa League match at Atletico Madrid in February. The club rejected the resignation and insisted Reja go with the team to Madrid, where they lost 1-0 to exit in the competition's round of 32 4-1 on aggregate, but it had appeared a move designed to buy time rather than a bid to keep the current boss. "I'll still likely meet with the president, but I'm not one to change my mind," he said Thursday.
