Juninho put Los Angeles ahead with a 66th-minute goal Sunday and the Galaxy went on to post a 2-0 victory over FC Dallas. On the key play, Jose Villarreal stole the ball from Dallas defender Matt Hedges outside the box and attacked the net unmarked on the left side. As goalkeeper Kevin Hartman came out to defend, Villarreal got the ball to Juninho at the goalmouth, who put it in for a 1-0 lead. Todd Dunivant added an insurance tally off assists from Michael Stephens and Robbie Keane for the Galaxy (12-11-4), who have gone 9-3-2 since mid-June to climb above the .500 mark. Dallas (8-12-8) saw its three-game winning streak snapped.
