Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho insists the league campaign is the priority for his team, despite the fresh distraction of a Copa del Rey quarter-final against bitter rivals Barcelona looming on the horizon. Much has been made of the cup clash, which was confirmed last night after Barça booked their last-eight spot against Real with victory at Osasuna, 24 hours after Madrid had ousted Malaga. However, Mourinho refused to look beyond tomorrow's La Liga match at Real Mallorca and, although they are currently 14th, the Portuguese is wary after the hosts followed up an away draw at fourth-placed Levante with a 6-1 rout of Real Sociedad in the cup. Mourinho told the club's website: "The league is a priority for us, Mallorca is a very important game. We play for three points and we must try to win as many points to stay clear of our rivals. "Last year we lost two points and this year there is no risk of doing it again. Mallorca have improved and are on a high after the draw against Levante and the cup thrashing."
