Ty Lawson did it all for Denver Sunday, scoring 22 points, distributing 11 assists and grabbing nine rebounds in the Nuggets' 99-94 win over San Antonio. Lawson led a parade of six Nuggets reaching double figures as Denver used a running offense to score 24 points off fast breaks and defeat the Spurs for only the second time in nine meetings. Al Harrington netted 16 points, Arron Afflalo added 14 and Corey Brewer had 12 for the Nuggets, while Kenneth Faried and Andre Miller supplied 11 apiece. Manu Ginobili returned from a five-game absence with a strained oblique and managed eight points off the bench for the Spurs, who fell at home for the third time this season.
