Jerry Stackhouse has signed on with the Brooklyn Nets for the coming season. For his career, Stackhouse, 37, has averaged 17.4 points, 3.4 assists and 3.3 rebounds. But last season, he averaged just 3.6 points in 30 games for Atlanta. The Nets haven't revealed the terms of the veteran swingman's contract. Brooklyn will be his eighth NBA team. After being taken by Philadelphia out of North Carolina in the 1995 draft, Stackhouse made stops in Detroit, Washington, Dallas, Milwaukee and Miami.
