Nice escape Sable scare

Nice midfielder Julien Sable suffered a frightening injury in training this morning but appears to have escaped a broken bone. Sable was taken straight to hospital after receiving a heavy blow with club doctors fearing a fracture of the tibia. However, the club have said the injury is not as serious as first thought and is just bruising. "Although his team-mates feared a fracture, the first examinations have shown a large contusion to the tibia," a statement on the club's website said.
