Freshman Ohio State running back Bri'onte Dunn will be charged with disorderly conduct, and not drug violations, after an incident in Alliance, Ohio. Dunn was driving his mother's car late Saturday night when he was observed crossing through a traffic light and nearly hitting a police car. The officer in the patrol car found marijuana and a drug pipe in Dunn's vehicle, the police report states. "Mr. Dunn denied any involvement in marijuana," said Alliance Law Director Andrew Zumbar. "It wasn't found on his person and paraphernalia was not found on him either. It was in another person's belongings." Zumbar added that Dunn's mother arrived at the scene shortly afterward and told the officer of the marijuana, "That was there before I loaned him the car."
