Palermo defender Matias Silvestre is set to join Inter Milan this summer, according to club president Maurizio Zamparini. Silvestre wants to leave the Sicilian outfit after just one season at the club and is also a reported target of AC Milan. Inter have reportedly offered Palermo €8m for the Argentinian centre-back. "I have met with (Inter president Massimo) Moratti," Zamparini told www.tuttomercatoweb.com. "With regards to Silvestre were are on the same wavelength to reach an agreement. The chances that the deal will be completed are 99 per cent. He is set to leave for a figure of around eight to 10million euros." The 27-year-old Silvestre moved to Italy in 2008 from Boca Juniors. He spent three seasons at Catania before moving to Palermo last summer. Silvestre, who is under contract with the Sicilians until June 2015, scored five goals in 29 league appearances for Palermo this season. FIFA .
