Russian seventh seed Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova won her first title of 2015 and eighth of her career when she defeated unseeded German Anna-Lena Friedsam, 6-4, 6-3 in the Linz WTA final.
With two indoor titles in 2014 in Paris and Moscow, the 24-year-old this week won her 15th straight indoor match during the tournament's 25th anniversary.
"I don't want to focus on the numbers because after a while you'd just go crazy, but I'm really proud to get another title, and here in Linz, it's always nice," she said.
