The coach of English Premier League strugglers Queens Park Rangers, Harry Redknapp, was in France on Sunday to watch Marseille's Cup tie with Guingamp as the Londoners run the rule over OM forward Loic Remy. French television showed Redknap sat alongside Marseille chairman Vincent Labrune. Redknapp has been a fan of Remy since his time in charge of Tottenham, but Marseille would not do a deal at the time. This season, Remy has been less effective for the 1993 European champions after a first half of the season dogged by injury. OM sporting director Jose Anigo on Sunday was quoted in l'Equipe sports daily as saying Remy could go "if a big club comes along and if he is interested". QPR, currently five points from safety, are desperate for a new infusion of talent as they look to stay in the top flight. From : AFP
