Toronto has sent forward James Johnson to Sacramento for a second-round pick in the 2014 NBA draft. Johnson averaged 9.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 62 games for the Raptors last season, but General Manager Bryan Colangelo said he became expendable with the addition of Landry Fields and Terrence Ross. "This move frees up minutes for our players under contract, increases our financial flexibility and opens up a roster spot to address other needs," Colangelo said. For his career, Johnson has averaged 6.6 points and 3.4 rebounds in 165 game with Chicago and Toronto.
