Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo will have tests on the eye injury he sustained in Sunday's 2-1 win at Levante. In a match dominated by a waterlogged pitch which made football almost impossible, the Portuguese superstar was caught by an elbow from Levante defender David Navarro in the third minute. He soldiered on, giving Real the lead, before being taken off at half-time. "He's dizzy. In the first half he was unable to see properly with that eye, but during the break he couldn't see properly with either," said coach Jose Mourinho. "So it was impossible for him to continue. When he gets to Madrid he'll go to hospital to have the tests he needs." From : Fifa
