Tottenham Hotspur announced that an agreement has been reached with Premier League rivals Fulham over the transfer of Belgian international Moussa Dembele to White Hart Lane. Fulham also reported that Dembele had successfully completed a medical in north London, adding that the transfer fee for the 25-year-old attacking midfielder would remain undisclosed, although media reported a fee in the region of £15 million ($23.8million). No details were released regarding the length of Dembele's contract at Tottenham. The move marks the start of what could be a very busy couple of days for Spurs before the transfer window closes. With manager Andre Villas-Boas eager to reinvest the money received from Real Madrid for the sale of Luka Modric, Shakhtar Donetsk's Brazilian forward Willian and Lyon and France goalkeeper Hugo Lloris could both be on their way to White Hart Lane. Meanwhile, Hamburg are keen on bringing Dutch international Rafael van der Vaart back to the Bundesliga.
