Technical issues explained regarding FIFA Confederations

Unfortunately, when the VISA ticketing pre-sales phase for the FIFA Confederations Cup started today at 09h00 Brasilia/ 12h00 CET time, some technical issues occurred. The ticketing service provider MATCH Service AG has since solved the issues and the customer service of MATCH Service AG is now in contact with the 165 customers who were affected. FIFA and MATCH Service AG would like to apologise for any inconveniences and thank the football fans for their interest in buying tickets for next year’s FIFA Confederations Cup. Due to the high interest in FIFA Confederations Cup tickets, it might happen that fans are temporarily transferred to the waiting room until they are able to process their request. The waiting room is a service offered by FIFA to fans in order to make sure that those who come first will be served first. From FIFA
