Michael Vick will be the starting quarterback for Philadelphia when the Eagles play New Orleans Monday, the Eagles said Wednesday. Vick has struggled as Philadelphia has posted a 3-4 record -- three wins behind the NFC East-leading New York Giants -- this season. He's completed 59 percent of his passes for 1,823 yards, throwing for nine touchdowns and eight interceptions. Vick's quarterback rating of 53.3 is 18th in the NFL this season. He has also fumbled nine times -- losing five -- on rushing plays. Those results have led to speculation rookie Nick Foles could replace Vick at quarterback. However, the team confirmed Wednesday Vick would start Monday's game in New Orleans.
