30 suicide elements killed in North Sinai

As many as 30 Takfiri elements were killed during an attack on a military checkpoint in Sheikh Zuweid, North Sinai.
About ten militants were seriously injured in the terrorist attack, the army said in a statement Thursday.
Four army personnel were killed while eight others were injured during the clashes, the statement added.
Three vehicles belonging to the army were destroyed by explosive devices.
Security squads are mopping up the area for possible threat and to chase terrorist hotbeds in North Sinai, the statement said.
